The Life Wellness model rewards great certified trainers by having a quality team responsible for sales and simply distributing the clients to them.
Trainers typically make between $18-$24 an hour and have the opportunity for generous commissions through re-signs and upgrades.
Requirements: Integrity, work ethic, enthusiasm and an outgoing personality. At least one certification or degree in exercise related field.

A Personal Training Sales Associate is responsible for department sales and management the department staff. Eighty (80) percent of the focus of the Sales Associate is on sales, with twenty (20) percent on customer service and staff management.
It is a sales associates first and foremost responsibility to ensure that all clientele, trainers, gym staff and ownership are pleased, satisfied with their performance, and feel that they add value to their establishment.
It is a sales associate’s responsibility to sell personal training! They will have individual and club goals to meet and will be rewarded with generous commissions and bonuses.
It is a sales associate’s responsibility to hire and develop trainers for the purpose of servicing their clientele. They need to know the club patron's on a personal level and be actively involved in their experience while at the health club.
Currently, the average Sales Associate earns between $35,000 and $50,000 per year, while top performers average $70,000 annually.
No prior sales experience is required. With our education system we assure success for those who embrace company culture, values and principles.
